Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are: Metro Cities: 3–6 business days, Other Cities & Towns: 5–9 business days, Remote Areas: 7–12 business days. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be mentioned on the website.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery. If you have trouble tracking your order, contact us at Contact@jewelsbyhb.com.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email are correct while placing your order. Jewels by HB is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery & Re-shipment

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be returned to us by the courier and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos or videos of the package and product. We will investigate and assist with replacement or refund as per our policy.

9. Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, courier service disruptions, or unforeseen technical or operational issues.
